When we found out on Thursday afternoon that our HVAC system was dying, we knew that there was no way that a completely new system could be installed before renters arrived on Saturday at 4pm. When Kevin said, "We'll have it up and running by Friday night!" we were skeptical. But we were completely wrong!! Chip and Heiber arrived at 9am and by 9pm cold air once again coursed through our home. When Josh and Chandler came into my home this morning, they were extremely pleasant and courteous and immediately began asking all the right questions. Before getting starting on the HVAC maintenance, they asked me about any noticeable changes in the systems, including electric bills. They took the time to get to know the setup in my house before rushing into the routine maintenance. They took the time to speak with me quietly, slowly and in layman's terms {when a problem was discovered}. They guided my through the process. They even drew pictures!!
