PLANNED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

That's why we created this Maintenance Savings Plan. As part of joining, you will become a Priority Customer in our Comfort Club, which will make you eligible for many discounts and services!
During the year, we will provide you with 2 complete Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning for your heating and cooling equipment. It does not cover parts or labor charges on any additional service calls. During the service we will:
- Chemical wash and rinse the evaporator coil
- Clean and flush the interior drain pan
- Chemical flush and rinse the drain line
- Installation of drain clean-outs, as needed
- Check the operation of emergency heat
- Cleaning or changing the filters, as needed
- Electrical check of the blower motor
- Cleaning of the return air grilles
- Cleaning of debris from the inside of the outdoor unit
- Inspection of the refrigerant lines for restrictions
- Chemical wash and rinse of the condenser coil
- Electrical check of outdoor unit components
- Tighten all loose fittings, screws, etc.
- Wipe down of the outdoor unit
- Wipe down of the AHU and ODU cabinet
- Inspection of the ductwork interior
- Inspection of the ductwork for loose or broken joints/fittings
- Visual inspection for leaks or broken refrigerant lines

Keep in mind that the best time to have your maintenance performed is pre-season. Often your heating and cooling system will break at the most inopportune time, when it is freezing cold outside or during one of our summer heat waves. For these reasons, having your maintenance performed in the Spring and Fall will allow us to make the necessary adjustments so that you and your system are prepared for the weather. On a monthly basis, it is important that you change your filters especially if you have allergies, a dust problem, or pets. Your technician will tell you what kind of filters you will need and you can purchase them from him, if needed. Remember the number one reason for system failure is NOT age its dirt, so having a twice a year maintenance is a MUST!
